I recently enjoyed a four-night stay. every staff member i encountered was warm and friendly. the food quality impressed me as the best all-inclusive i can remember. management checked on my happiness without intrusion. the free shuttle to the city center was excellent. It used a new mercedes sprinter with a luxury interior.

My room was spacious. It had a comfy firm bed. i asked for an iron, and it arrived in five minutes. it stayed with me until my last day. however, the evening entertainment felt limited. it could be upgraded to better match the hotel's vibe.
